Program names including Just In Time©, Power Hour©, Blueprint Year©, SmartSystems©, Reverse Calendar©, and Jules AI are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Results depend on the active participation and effort of the client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. The onus to implement coaching guidance and achieve results lies with the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Katindi Communications Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment and Refund Terms

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are set out in your specific service agreement. Blueprint Year© agreements include a no-cancellation, no-refund clause. Just In Time© prepaid session blocks do not expire.

8. Electronic Communications

By submitting a contact form, opting into our email list, or entering a service agreement, you consent to receive electronic communications in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
